Day three

Today we had the first two trainings that will help us to prepare for the trainings. First session was about Presentations skills. The session actually was really interesting. I learned new things about hand gestures (stay in the globe), stabile position, facial expressions, encouraging the audience to say their opinion. The next session was about Training designs. At the beginning they split us in 4 groups and we had to make steps of how to make a dress and then present them. Afterwards we made steps of how to make, deliver training and what to do afterwards. Before – field, audience, theme research; making the ppt, materials, practical tasks etc.; rehearsal, check the place. During – adapt the situation; communicate with the audience; Q&A; follow-up. After – feedback; learning from mistakes; how to improve the delivery techniques. Afterwards we went to eat in fancy restaurant. At the evening we went to the park that actually is quite big. There we had the second “get to know each other” part, but it ended too quickly because of the ants. We agreed to continue the part at mansion, but it kind of stuck on a pause because the guys are cooking for tomorrow.
In an hour the meal for tomorrow is ready and we just had casual chat in the kitchen while Romanian AIESEC`ers and some EP`s (it`s the short name of us 14) are playing some games.
